Hi, I’m Albert Smith. Thank you for being here. My path in real estate wasn’t exactly conventional. It started with a hammer in my hand, working construction as a teenager. For years, I learned the anatomy of a Florida home, its bones, its strengths, and its potential. That hands-on experience gave me an invaluable perspective that I carry with me to this day.
Eventually, I traded my tool belt for a briefcase, channeling my passion into selling homes, first for small builders and later in the corporate sales office for Centex Homes. I earned my broker’s license back in 1998 and have been navigating the industry ever since.
Like many, the pandemic was a turning point for me. It pulled me back into full-time real estate and reignited my passion for serving clients directly. After a brief return to the corporate world, I knew I needed to build something different a smaller boutique brokerage founded on genuine service, not just transactions.
